Access to Path is Denied to delete a folder

Access to Path is Denied to delete a folder

i am working on WPF. i made WPF application in which user can create and
delete folders. Creation of folder is working fine but in deletion there
are issues to access a folder even a drive. By following these
steps(mentioned below) i changed owner and permissions too. but still it
doesn't work:
Right-Clicked folder.
Selected "Security" tab.
Selected "Advanced Security -> Owner" tab, then i selected owner
"Everyone" from existing owners list.
After Creation of a owner, i moved to "Permissions" Tab, i assigned
it("Everyone"--Owner) full control to access a Drive.
Please answer my question.
